1. Rules
All matches are played in accordance with the rules of the game as established by the International Football Association Board, as issued by FIFA, and in accordance with the rules of the KNVB.
The organizing clubs listed above have received the necessary permission from the KNVB to organize the tournament.
2. Referees
All matches are officiated by referees appointed by the tournament committee. The referee's decision is binding at all times.
If either team or the referee arrives late at the field, official playing time starts at the scheduled start time. The end time of the match remains unchanged. Time lost due to lateness will not be made up or added.
3. Teams
Teams sanctioned by their national football association are not eligible to participate in this tournament.
4. Team Leader
Each team must be accompanied by at least one adult (over the age of 18). The name, address, and date of birth of this adult must be clearly stated on the team registration form. This adult is considered the team leader and is responsible for the conduct of his players,
both on and off the field. He is held responsible for the actions of his team within the sports complex and all other facilities available to the group.

U17. Players born on or after 1/1/2009 (11 players)
U16. Players born on or after 1/1/2010 (11 players)
U15. Players born on or after 1/1/2011 (11 players)
U14. Players born on or after 1/1/2012 (11 players)
U13. Players born on or after 1/1/2013 (9 players)
U12. Players born on or after 1/1/2014 (8 players)
U11. Players born on or after 1/1/2015 (7 players)
U10. Players born on or after 1/1/2016 (7 players)
U09. Players born on or after 1/1/2017 (7 players)
G17. Players born on or after 1/1/2009 (11 players)
G15. Players born on or after 1/1/2011 (11 players)
G13. Players born on or after 1/1/2013 (8 players)
Before the start of the tournament, the team leader must submit a player list to the tournament committee containing the full name, date of birth, and jersey number of each player.
Maximum of 2 dispensation players for a half field, 3 dispensations for a full field.
All players must be able to provide identification. This may be requested at any time. A player may only play for one team throughout the entire tournament.
6. Playing time
Matches begin and end at a central signal given by the tournament committee. Penalty kicks awarded before the final signal must be completed. If a team arrives on the field late, the match clock continues to run and this time will not be compensated. It is the team's responsibility to be on time.
All categories Preliminary round: 1 x 25 minutes Finals: 1 x 25 minutes
The kick-off is taken by the home team.
7. Match placement - preliminary rounds
The final standings are determined by the number of points obtained: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.
In the event of a tie in the group standings, the following order determines the final standings:
1. Goal difference
2. Most scored goals
3. Mutual result
4. Target average
5. Number of goals conceded
6. Number of matches won
Placement matches - intermediate rounds. In the event of a draw, penalty shootouts will be taken according to the rules of the International Football Association Board : 5 penalties per team, alternating. A draw will determine who starts.
Semi-finals and finals: in the event of a tie, penalties will be taken. Each team takes 5 penalties alternately. A draw will determine who starts.
8. Team lists and substitutions
A maximum of five players (including one goalkeeper) may make substitutions from the five registered substitutes. Unlimited substitutions are allowed.
9. Clothing
Each team must bring a spare kit in a contrasting color. If the referee deems the colors to be too similar, the first-mentioned team must change kits.
10. Discipline
Players with a yellow card must cool down off the field for 5 minutes. Players with a red card are sent off the field immediately and will also miss the next match.
All reports of misconduct are forwarded to the national association.
In pool matches, the result is declared invalid if:
• the team is late without a valid reason
• an ineligible player participates
• The match is abandoned due to misconduct
In the intermediate and final rounds, the team automatically loses 0-3. This decision rests with the tournament committee.
11. Protests
Decisions of the referee are binding. Protests regarding these decisions will not be accepted. Other protests must be submitted to the tournament committee within 15 minutes. Decisions of the committee are final.
12. Schedule
The tournament committee may adjust the schedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
13. Responsibility
Each team is responsible for insuring its own players. The organization, Euro-Sportring , and the organizing clubs are not liable for damage, loss, injury, or theft.
14. Deviating rules
• U9/7, U10/7, U11/7, U12/8 and G13/8 play on a half field.
• U13/9 plays on a smaller field with 9 players per side from 16-meter line to 16-meter line, goal size 7.32 x 2.44 meters.
• Offside does not apply for U9, U10, U11, U12, and G13.
• On half-pitches, the ball is dribbled in by a player in the event that the ball goes over the sideline, in the case of a free kick, and in the case of a corner kick.
• Playing the ball into the hands of your own goalkeeper is not allowed for all categories.
• There are no penalty kicks during regular time for U9, U10, U11, U12, and G13.
• A non-direct free kick will replace penalty kicks, and a seriously misbehaving player may be sent off.
• For U9 to U12 and G13: when a ball goes behind the goal line, the goalkeeper may only bring the ball into play with their foot, not with their hands. When a goal is scored, play starts from the center of the field. It is not permitted to score a goal directly from the kick-off.
• Corners for the U9/7, U10/7, U11/7, and U12/8 are taken from the normal position in the corner of the field.
• In U13/9, corners are taken from the marked spot in the corners of the pitch.
• For U14 and above, the goalkeeper kicks the ball from the 5-meter area. Corners are taken at the corner flag.
• All matches played on a full pitch (11 against 11) are played with assistant referees/linesmen who assist with offside and when a throw-in is to take place. The referee makes the final decision.
• For the U13/9 to (G)U17 age groups, the referees are assisted by assistant referees. They provide advice on offside, throw-ins, and goal kicks.
• In the event of special circumstances or disputes, the deciding veto rests with the tournament committee.
FAIRPLAY rules
The main prize is the Fair Play Cup.
Point system per match: 0 = very unsportsmanlike 2 = neutral 3 = sporting 4 = very sporting 5 = perfect behavior

1. Regels
Alle wedstrijden worden gespeeld in overeenstemming met de spelregels zoals vastgesteld
door de International Football Association Board, zoals uitgegeven door FIFA en in
overeenstemming met de regels van de KNVB.
De organiserende clubs hierboven hebben de benodigde toestemming ontvangen om het
toernooi te organiseren van de KNVB.
2. Scheidsrechters
Alle wedstrijden worden geleid door scheidsrechters die zijn aangesteld door de
toernooicommissie. De beslissing van de scheidsrechter is te allen tijde bindend.
Indien één van beide teams of de scheidsrechter te laat arriveert bij het veld, start de officiële
speeltijd op de geplande aanvangstijd. De eindtijd van de wedstrijd blijft ongewijzigd. Tijd die
verloren gaat door te laat komen wordt niet ingehaald of toegevoegd.
3. Teams
Teams die gesanctioneerd zijn door hun nationale voetbalbond zijn niet gerechtigd om deel
te nemen aan dit toernooi.
4. Teamleider
Elk team moet worden begeleid door ten minste één volwassene (ouder dan 18 jaar). De
naam, het adres en de geboortedatum van deze volwassene moeten duidelijk op het
inschrijfformulier van het team worden vermeld. Deze volwassene wordt beschouwd als de
teamleider en is verantwoordelijk voor het gedrag van zijn spelers, zowel op als buiten het
veld. Hij wordt verantwoordelijk gehouden voor de acties van zijn team binnen het
sportcomplex en alle andere faciliteiten die voor de groep beschikbaar zijn.

Voor aanvang van het toernooi moet de teamleider een spelerslijst indienen bij de
toernooicommissie met de volledige naam, geboortedatum en rugnummer van elke speler.
Maximaal 2 dispensatie spelers voor half veld, 3 dispensaties voor heel veld.
Alle spelers moeten zich kunnen legitimeren. Hier kan op elk moment naar gevraagd
worden. Een speler mag gedurende het hele toernooi slechts voor één team uitkomen.
6. Speelduur
Wedstrijden beginnen en eindigen op een centraal gegeven signaal van de
toernooicommissie. Strafschoppen die vóór het eindsignaal zijn toegekend, moeten worden
afgerond. Als een team te laat op het veld arriveert, loopt de wedstrijdklok gewoon door en
wordt deze tijd niet gecompenseerd. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van het team om op tijd
te zijn.

Voorronde: 1 x 25 minuten
Finales: 1 x 25 minuten
De aftrap wordt genomen door het thuisspelende team.
7. Plaatsing wedstrijden - voorrondes
De eindstand wordt bepaald door het aantal behaalde punten:
3 punten voor winst, 1 punt voor gelijkspel, 0 punten voor verlies.
Bij een gelijke stand in de poule is onderstaande volgorde bepalend voor de eindstand:
1. Doelsaldo
2. Meest gescoorde doelpunten
3. Onderling resultaat
4. Doelgemiddelde
5. Aantal tegendoelpunten
6. Aantal gewonnen wedstrijden
Plaatsingswedstrijden - tussenrondes
Bij gelijkspel worden strafschoppen genomen volgens de regels van de International Football
Association Board: 5 strafschoppen per team om en om. Er zal worden geloot wie mag
starten.
Kruisfinales en finales: bij een gelijkspel worden strafschoppen genomen. Ieder team neemt
5 strafschoppen om en om. Er zal worden geloot wie mag starten.
8. Teamlijsten en wissels
Er mogen maximaal vijf spelers (waaronder één keeper) wisselen uit vijf opgegeven
wisselspelers. Er mag onbeperkt gewisseld worden.
9. Kleding
Elk team moet een reserve tenue meenemen in een afwijkende kleur. Indien de
scheidsrechter vindt dat de kleuren te veel overeenkomen, moet het eerstgenoemde team
van tenue wisselen.
10. Discipline
Spelers met een gele kaart moeten 5 minuten afkoelen buiten het veld.
Spelers met een rode kaart worden direct van het veld gestuurd en missen ook de volgende
wedstrijd.
Alle rapporten over wangedrag worden doorgestuurd naar de nationale bond
Bij poulewedstrijden wordt het resultaat ongeldig verklaard als:
• het team te laat is zonder geldige reden
• een niet-speelgerechtigde speler meedoet
• de wedstrijd wordt gestaakt door wangedrag
Bij tussen- en finalerondes verliest het team automatisch met 0-3. Deze beslissing ligt bij de
toernooicommissie.
11. Protesten
Beslissingen van de scheidsrechter zijn bindend. Protesten hierover worden niet
geaccepteerd.
Andere protesten moeten binnen 15 minuten worden ingediend bij de toernooicommissie.
Beslissingen van de commissie zijn definitief.
12. Speelschema
De toernooicommissie mag het schema aanpassen bij onvoorziene omstandigheden.
13. Verantwoordelijkheid
Elk team is zelf verantwoordelijk voor verzekering van spelers.
De organisatie en Euro-Sportring en de organiserende clubs zijn niet aansprakelijk voor
schade, verlies, letsel of diefstal.
14. Afwijkende spelregels
• U9/7, U10/7, U11/7 en U12/8 en G13/8 spelen op een half veld.
• U13/9 speelt op een kleiner veld met 9 spelers per kant van 16-meterlijn tot 16-
meterlijn, doelgrootte 7,32 x 2,44 meter
• Buitenspel is niet van toepassing voor U9, U10, U11, U12, en G13.
• Op halve velden wordt de bal in gedribbeld door een speler in het geval dat een bal
over de zijlijn gaat, in het geval van een vrije trap en in het geval van een cornerbal.
• Het spelen van de bal in de handen van de eigen doelman is niet toegestaan voor
alle categorieën.
• Er zijn geen strafschoppen tijdens de reguliere speeltijd bij U9, U10, U11, U12, en
G13.
• Een niet-directe vrije trap zal de strafschoppen vervangen en een ernstig zich
misdragende speler kan van het veld worden gestuurd.
• Voor U9 t/m U12 en G13: wanneer een bal achter de achterlijn gaat, mag de keeper
de bal alleen met de voet in het spel brengen, niet met de handen. Wanneer een
doelpunt wordt gescoord, begint het spel vanaf het midden van het veld. Het is niet
toegestaan om direct vanuit de aftrap een doelpunt te scoren.
• Corners bij de U9/7, U10/7, U11/7, U12/8 worden genomen op de normale positie in
de hoek van het veld.
• Bij U13/9 worden corners genomen vanaf de gemarkeerde plaats in de hoeken van
het speelveld.
• Voor U14 en hoger trapt de doelman de bal vanuit het 5-metergebied. Corners
worden genomen bij de hoekvlag.
• Alle wedstrijden die op een volledig veld (11 tegen 11) worden gespeeld, worden
gespeeld met assistenten/grensrechters die ondersteunen bij buitenspel en wanneer
een inworp moet plaatsvinden. De scheidsrechter neemt de uiteindelijke beslissing.
• Bij de U13/9 t/m (G)U17 worden de scheidsrechters geassisteerd door assistentscheidsrechters. Zij adviseren bij buitenspel, ingooi, en achterballen.
• In het geval van speciale omstandigheden of geschillen ligt het beslissende veto bij
de toernooicommissie.
FAIRPLAY-regels
Belangrijkste prijs is de Fair Play beker.

0 = zeer onsportief
2 = neutraal
3 = sportief
4 = zeer sportief
5 = perfect gedrag
